Main routines:
Customer service;
Direct assistance to Comidas.pt's partnership restaurants;
Coordination of distributor deliveries;
Resolution of small systemic problems;
Geolocation of Distributors and Addresses;
Confirmation of orders;
Support of problems with the platform;
Control the movement of thirds;• Organization of routes and control of the delivery time.
Pre Requirements:
Good communication/ diction;
high school diploma or student;
Good capacity of concentration and dealing with pressure;
No problem working with Word, Excel e Internet;
Good ability with Maps, Geolocation and User experience of Comidas.pt Platform;
Live in Faro;
Available time;
Benefits:
Work contract + Christmas and holiday (Part-Time 10h / 15h Weekly)
Work schedule:
From Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off every week (with shifts)De Segunda-Feira a Domingo, C/ duas folgas semanais (Dias Rotativos).
Available time from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
